Great advice in a time when things can be confusing during a time when a work place or workplace insurance company seem to be trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Trust these guys, not your work place or insurance company.

I would like to express my opinion about my recent experience with Sarah from Worker Assist on Liverpool Street in Hobart.Sarah helped me to answer all my never endless questions in a professional manner and with ease. My case and potential claim was not that clear and straightforward so I asked a lot of questions over several meetings (as new questions always arised) in order to understand whether it is necessary and worthy to lodge the claim under my circumstances. At the same time I didn't want to bother my employer uselessly.She was so incredibly patient with me and listened carefully in order to give me the best possible advice and ultimately helped me to understand the entire process without actually pushing me blindly into that claim. Eventually, I did lodge the claim and I can't thank her enough for her help. She is a very friendly and nice person and if anyone needs advice she is the number one person to talk to.Thanks Sarah!
