Had Jordan come out on short notice to assist with trouble shooting an issue that left us with no hot water. Jordan was extremely professional and provided great service. Highly recommend these guys, very transparent and honest pricing too.

On Christmas Eve we discovered we had no hot water and as my wife was just home from major surgery we urgently needed help. Robert responded to a call, explained the holiday call-out fee and arranged for Henry to come and fix the problem.Our Solarhart system was serviced" in March by Solarhart but was found to have no glycol in the panels. A burned out thermostat was replaced and the unit converted to run on the electric booster only

Made an enquiry with these guys and their professional advice has saved me from making a mistake after some very pushy marketing from other companies. No longer undergoing the work that I was looking into. Instead of also trying to take advantage of me I'm saving my money.

Robert, Dave and Jordan are professional, friendly and supportive. I had a heat pump fail and the heat pump company stated my warranty didn’t cover an interim hot water unit and I was told to wait 4 days for a replacement! I called 6 Star hot water and plumbing and they came to the rescue and installed a temp hot water unit within a couple of hours to keep my family with hot water in -6 degree mornings!

Needed to replace our old passive solar hot water system with updated modern technology.. cost of energy is becoming too great, so even incremental improvements are worth while.. 6 Star Hotwater and Plumbing offered great advice on the most suitable replacement product ( and EVO270 ) and were very willing to remove the old tank and solar panels. The team arrived at site bang on time at 7:30am and stepped through the replacement steps professionally and methodically, completing by midday.. The new unit came to life and we had piping hot hat water by 3pm...We are very pleased with the result and only too willing to share our experience with all those interested in reliable and professional services.

I contacted several plumbers to install a new solar tank for me. 6 Star replied immediately with a fair quote. The plumber and his apprentice arrived right on time. They were polite, professional and cleaned the place up afterwards. The pipework which previously existed looked a little like spaghetti thrown at a wall. After Dave had installed the tank the new piping was a piece of art. Dave was willing to go the extra mile to explain to me better and more effective ways of using our solar HWS to save money. Robert (the owner) has been highly professional to deal with. I highly recommend this business.

Exceptional service to a recent early morning plumbing emergency. Water leaking through the manhole onto the clothes dryer and washing machine, flooding the bathroom. I contacted a number of plumbers and thankfully 6 Star Hot Water and Plumbing answered the phone and was able to help. Robert was very helpful over the phone and arranged for Henry to attend - all within a very short time. The leak was stopped with a return visit to install a new tempering valve. Excellent communication all along, very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

I had my hot water system finally give up the ghost, I contacted one plumbing firm to come and have a look and they were unable to replace the system for almost a week. I called 6 Star, spoke with Robert. He not only got a quote to me in no time at all, he was able to fit me in the following morning.I had Zach come over to do the installation. He was on time, extremely polite and did an absolutely tremendous job, even swept up the tiles after he had finished the job. Zach is a true asset to 6 Star. Thanks from a very grateful customer.

After some 30 odd years as our plumber once again 6 Star has provided excellent service in clearing all outlets for the storm water and putting in an extra drainage area when we get torrential rain. Nothing is ever too much trouble and i would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good plumber. We have been in the same house we built some 47 years ago.

Jordan was very thorough in his approach to the problems and kept me informed of all the issues as they arose. He sorted out the initial blockage but showed me that a permanent solution was going to cost a bit more. We will engage 6 Star for the next step and engage others for the roof leak.
