Ace Security + Event Services

I've just been to an amazing concert of Christine and the Queens at the Perth festival and as I am rather short I was standing one of the stairs in order to be able to view the stage and this security staff member kept hassling me all night and after I've explained to him I couldn't see the stage and I'd happily help to let people pass he stood behind me most of the night and then as soon as the last song came along he came up to me and asked me to get down which I said I would as soon as that last act finished and he started getting aggressive so I asked to speak to his manager which not even 2 min later came down and didn't even let me speak, grabbing my arm and started to yell at me saying I shall have to leave. I've never experienced such aggressive behaviour at a concert and I felt very vulnerable as a petite woman been physically controlled, unfortunately these guys with their anger issues spoilt my night as I was just trying to watch the lovely show that Christine and the Queens were delivering it would of been perfect without the abusive Ace security staff members. Hopefully this review will help the security members realise that they require more training and that people pay to have a nice time and relax and not to get stressed and hassled without cause, then having to leave the concert before the last act finishes because they decided to become aggressive. Overall I would not pay for another ticket to a concert where this company will be in charge as I now know the night will most likely be spoiled by their over handedness.

These are the guys for your next big event, festival or 18th. Can't speak higher of the team and how they conduct themselves on site.

I now never use anyone else for my events but Ace security.Shane and his well picked team are always so professional, organised and reliable.You can guarantee that you will be in safe hands.I cannot thank them enough for their amazing service.

The guards I've witnessed in the Perth Cultural Precinct seem to think being on their mobile phone is far more important than doing the job they are paid to do.

Absolutely pony, wont let my friend in because hes drunk. Even though he’s only had 3 pints and is completely sober.

Thank you to the kind female staff member whom let me pass through an exit gate that a male ace staff member was adamantly/rudely refusing me to do do in a physical manner. Truly disgusted by his verbal and physical behaviour, truly thankful another female was there to witness it and allow me permission to exit and return to my home (on the other side of the gate no less)

Generally speaking, the company was professional in their conduct. However it is evident that a few members of staff have proven to be unprofessional and it is clear that they do not understand the procedures of the event. At the door of an event the security looked through my bag and said it was fine to take a water bottle through, then once in I got it out and was immadiately kicked out without them smelling the contents of the bottle, along with my surrounding friends. It would be greately beneficial for the company to ensure all staff follow the same procedures. In my case I would much rather of had the water bottle taken instead of being permanently removed.

I would like to warn that your small and muscular tattooed employee at Empire bar last Thursday, was very aggressive with my friend, dancing with our wives and other girls on the floor during his shift.He talked to us like dogs, insulting us. In the end he put down his microphone and headphones and offered to come outside and fight me.We go out very often and I never had to deal with security.I was very shocked by his attitude.I will send you an email to explain this situation correctly.His job is to manage the security of the establishment, not to dance with girls and offer customers to come and fight outside the establishment.

Security guard saw my name on my ID and proceeded to find my social media and comment on my photos and private message me. Very unprofessional. I have contacted the company and have not heard anything back. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting. If only I could give them a negative rating.

Overall they were mostly professional, however some of the staff were very unprofessional, with miscommunication between individual members of staff which resulted in me and my friends getting kicked out of an event
