We went,viewed room and left in such a hurry. It was so disgusting and smelt revolting. Had trouble contacting Manager. No sign or mess to advise us where to obtain key. Rang Manager who told us we would not be charged as I told her we could not stay there. Is was disgraceful BUT surprise,surprise, Booking.com charged us. Luckily we found a beautiful clean apartment for our stay. Bargara is a beautiful spot just not this place.

The room had bed bugs throughout and blood on the sheets. We packed up and left in the middle of the night. Have tried to phone the motel to get a refund and no response. Disgusting customer service and cleanliness.

Great price. Room very clean but basic. Really quiet which was great and close to restaurants and the waterfront. Owner was very friendly and happy to accommodate further day of stay. Thanks

If you're looking for a backpackers accommodation this is the place to go as for a holiday hotel forget it it is small and smells we had no use our own air freshener. The bed is like a rock but the place is clean

I rocked up late around 8pm no booking and talked to Sam he could see I was shattered from driving all day and with no fuss in a min had me in a room ,..rooms are clean with a proper fridge gas stove aircon ,the bed was amazingly comfortable,although a lil old rooms are super clean and everything you need is there ,this was probably the easiest checkin and check out I’ve ever had at a motel ,I can highly recommend this motel it was super quiet I had a great nights sleep and I appreciated there no fuss attitude ,I would definitely stay here again

What a awesome homely motel, rooms well more like an apartment big enough to feel like a second home away from home. Huge garden with tranquil feel and the pool was clean with rustic furniture making the place. Sam and Nikki do a great job only being there taking over the TLC and running of a definitely returnable motel when coMing to Bundy once a month for work

Ive been trying to obtain a tax receipt from this Motel for a work stay so i can claim by expenses for 2 weeks now. I have left 5 messages and no-one has the decency to call me back, or send a tax receipt.The staircase to our room was extreamly damaged/worn and dangerous, this room should not have been used. the concrete edges to each stair tread were damaged/rotted away and made it very dangerous to go up or come down these stairs.

As a former local to this special part of the coast, I can speak first hand of the past reputation of this motel and can speak as a guest currently; the effort and work put in by the current management team to provide clean, comfortable affordable and centrally located accommodation is a credit to them and the area. Very impressive.
