Nawal and all the trainers have been amazing! As someone who was new to working out, they have all helped me with my form and technique during my exercises. I have smashed so many goals and look forward to achieving many more goals at BBN.

After looking for a gym in my late years and a place that catered also for my daughter with a disability, I didn't look any further when I came across Body By Nawel. It's stuff are very accommodating for my daughter's needs and also myself that wasn't just looking for a gym but a place to belong and with the variety of classes from cycle to pump to muscle up, and my daughter's favouriteboxing, ..etc you will never feel like going to the gym is a choure.
