Fitbodz is an amazing gym that has everything you need. Mark is extremely helpful, friendly and recommended a membership that suited me and my wife.People are friendly and equipment is well maintained.Every morning I see the cleaner who has a great attitude always greeting members and ensuring the gym is disinfected and kept clean and tidy.Members also use disinfectant to clean the equipment they have used and weights are put back where they belong.Would highly recommend Fitbodz and would definitely join again any day.Thank you Mark and the Team.Dino & Laurena

I had very unpleasant experience at this gym. I believe they have very bad customer service and they are dishonest in running the business.I was a member with them a while ago and considered restarting recently. When I went there last weekend to ask about the price, I told the lady at front desk that I was a member a long time ago and consider restarting, she then told me I don’t need to pay the joining fee since I was a member and can pay $22/week. However when I actually went there and ready to pay, the other staff said he cannot do that and i have to pay the joining fee again.My point is, first of all, please ensure your staff had adequate training and keep consistent in answering basic questions. Secondly, it is funny that when I was considering joining, you can do EVERYTHING but when I am ready to pay, you can do NOTHING.I don’t want any one to have the same bad experience so hope this rate can help you guys avoid this ridiculous gym.

Been a member of this gym for over 20 years. The instructors are amazing! Highly recommend yoga with Grace and Janene’s step mix class.

Had to deal with a rude receptionist about feedback and a question about my membership. They stopped listening to me half way and assisted someone else.I tried to have it managed privately but no one wanted to listen. Made a comment on social media and got blamed for shaming" them when it could've been handled privately.....something I tried to do but got nowhereThe members are not decent people due to my items getting stolen and no effort by the staff to check CCTV

dear people, read this before you go there and WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY.if only I could give ZERO for this!After spent 20mins of signing up, need to booking. I went for session, and was interrupted in the middle of training, staff was rude unprofessional and asked me not to come anymore because of the restriction and bcs I bought groupon voucher not a member!you know what? i'm glad I DID NOT join in contract with this gym, they just gonna ripped your money. old equipment, terrible service and not worth their price for gym membership.DO NOT COME HERE.

WORST GYM EVER!!this gym is the worst gym iv'e ever been too, the staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful especially the guy that I believes runs the place. the bathrooms are hideous, very messy and smelly. I wish I could rate this place a zero the staff made me feel very uncomfortable. I do not recommend at all. I can not explain how much is wrong with this gym, the equipment is old and outdated and is not safe, everything is cramped into small areas and you don't have enough room to actually work out. The whole time I was there I had a very uncomfortable feeling the whole time everyone is very creepy and I did not feel safe AT ALL.PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The ventilation,is a big problem, because it's located under the ground, it's impossible to make a healthy environment ,even with the air-conditioning on feels like you are training in the bathroom,If your health is important for you stay away from this gym.

Great gym. Can’t fault it!

I have been a member since 1998. What I like is the quality of the instructors. Mature, experienced and have been there a long time. It is also an independent gym (I hate these chain gyms with ever changing poorly paid instructors). I like the no frills, just a wide variety of classes which cater well for older people as well, new ideas and friendly environment. Yes change rooms smelly but not the gyms fault it is the building. You don't need a water fountain there are taps with great Sydney water.
