We have recently started up a gardening and property maintenance business.After looking online for different products that we would need we started visiting stores. After going to different stores/retailers/brands we finally found Steve and his wife Anne.The service they provided was the best sales experience I have had period.Steve is a truely genuine knowledgeable business owner. He took considerable time out of his day to explain each piece of machinery in great detail. He is not a pushy salesman and let us arrive at a decision after we had been provided with his expert knowledge. He did not aggressively up-sell but again provided the information for us to arrive at a decision (we went from a bobcat ZT2000 $9990 to a ZT3500 $17490.00). Once we had decided on each piece of equipment (Bobcat ZT3500, Rato PW4200-H, Maruyama 22.5cc Hedger, Maruyama B420-L brush cutter and an atom blower).Once all the items came in Steve provided and initial service on them and then took ~2-3hrs taking us through each item including starting, best use, maintenance and scheduled their first service time frames.Throughout this process Steve’s Wife Anne has been in constant contact advising us of delivery times and providing advice and her support throughout this experience was also a driving factor to our purchases.I honestly could not recommend them highly enough. Steve and Anne have gone above and beyond for us and we will not go anywhere else going forward. In a time where small business are up against brand giants like Stihl, hustler etc your name is the only thing that can allow you to compete. Steve and Anne are an absolute asset to the brands they sell and I hope those companies know that.
