Around a year ago, I came across Hairlicious, and I couldn't be more delighted! I’ve had the privilege of being looked after by Josie, Courtney and Chantell, truly wonderful individuals. Walking into the salon feels incredibly refreshing as the team make you feel genuinely welcomed. It's quite challenging to find people who are passionate about their work and contribute to the growth of your business. The owner of Hairlicious has truly struck gold with these exceptional girls!

Lovely spacious salon with friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Angela cut and coloured my hair and did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Had my haircut with Zoe G today and she was amazing! I'd been growing my hair, and hadn't had it cut for a few years, so I was a little nervous to get it cut! But she was so friendly and welcoming, it made the whole service so relaxed! 11/10 and I'll definitely book in to see her again! :)

Went in today and had the best experience with Izabelle. Absolutely love my hair and the vibe will be going back!

Unfortunately I’ll never return to this business as my hair is now completely ruined!! I really didn’t want to leave this review but after I made the owner aware of the condition of my hair and how much hair loss and breakage I’m having she has now completely ghosted me so I was left with no choice.I came in on the 28th of March for a consult during my lunch break Angela sat me in the chair and looked at my hair and the bands that I had from a previous colour (darker roots to blonde) and also knew that I was a scalp bleach prior. She suggested doing back to back foils using a higher developer on my roots and a weaker developer on the band because there was previous blonde underneath.On the day of service I believed that Izabelle was doing the same thing as discussed in the initial consult and I also made her aware of my colour history before we started. I washed my hair on the Saturday after having my hair done and lost a huge amount of hair and I have so much breakage everywhere my whole part is spiky as well as my sides where the bleach has been overlapped with my previous blonde.I’m a hairdresser now barber so I’m not completely clueless when it comes to colouring. I don’t believe 2 seperate strengths of bleach were used I strongly believe what was used on my roots was also used on the band which has caused it all to break off as well as being put under a dryer to speed up processing. Michelle suggested I use olaplex and not touch my hair for 12-14 weeks. Unfortunately a treatment won’t fix this only growing it out will.When I messaged Michelle about what had happened she didn’t want to take any responsibility for what had happened to my hair at all she passed the blame on to my previous salon saying my hair was already damaged when I came in and “they did the best they could” . I didn’t come into the salon with breakage or this much damage otherwise no one would’ve touched my hair with more bleach and both hairdressers would’ve seen it and would’ve suggested I stay dark as it couldn’t be done safely. This never happened…. I asked her to confirm what was used on my hair on the day and also for my money back and now I’ve been completely ghosted. Its been 3 days since I messaged her on the Facebook page and I’m still sitting on unread but she’s still posting photos of hair they’ve done.

I’ve been going to this salon for over 4 years. Always happy with the service the staff have provided. Never get disappointed with my balayage and style- cut. I have thick black hair. Usually take more time to lighten the hair colour and dry my hair. They would explain and let me know if they can’t achieve to the cool ash tone that I wanted. The stylists do their job thoroughly. The boss lady is very lovely! They know how to pamper their clients. Also I feel refresh after each appointment.
