Nothing we ordered was available. Got informed" by a staff member that our order would not be filled with a shoulder shrug and walk away. Got served 2 frozen drinks that were not frozen at all and the cup was half filled. Ended up getting refund on the entire order and wasted 30 minutes."

Ok ok it's Maccas, but this team in Bowen need to be commended for their effort, service, quality of food they put out, cleanliness of the restaurant. Travelling up North from Rocky we atopped in to get a feed in the pm on Sunday. Food was made with care, presented nicely not just slapped together. Order was made correctly, restaurant was clean, staff weree polite, friendly and helpful. Not often you get people working at a fast food store who take pride in their work. Been a long while since we got this high standard of McCrap from any store travelling Australia. Keep doing awesome and uphold those high standards of food

Took 21 minutes to serve me and I was the only one there waiting and there was 1 person in drive thru. Jasmine kept looking at me and smiling and she had seen the money in my hand but desides to stack cups instead. Casey also kept looking and smiling then she picks up her phone and walks away SMILING.

Passed through on way down to Airlie Beach with my family. Service was poor. Took nearly 10 min to collect our meal. We were on the run and I realised after we were just leaving Bowen that the order was incorrect. Emailed manager and she replied 48 hr later, she was'nt worried and asked me to stop in at Airlie Beach 'to collect something'. No idea how as we had already passed Airlie Beach. Very poor service, speed and value. Avoid.

Went to have breakfast on Sunday morning, the restaurant was filthy. Dead flies on the rubbish and tray shelf.The toilets we're dirty.Only one young boy running around and serving everybody, while young girls the back of restaurant talking about their dirty weekend.

This place presented so poorly that I walked in, seen how Filthy the place was and decided to seek breakfast and comfort elsewhere. The tables were all greasy and the floor was Filthy and the front entry door was covered in greasy finger prints. I will no longer spend good money on places that are as discusting as thus place. Quite frankly I expect better from a McDonald's family restaurant.

Food was average, the new MacRib is ok and the El Maco is disappointing, weak taste and no creativity.Otherwise, clean store, with plenty of car parking spots and next to a gas station.Service is mediocre, nothing new.Limited number of self-service kiosks, play area for kids and different seating arrangement.

A recent visit to McDonald's left a lot to be desired. The store was a mess, the food was below average, there were no drinks available and we had to request a cloth to clean our own table, which had been left covered in sauce. To make matters worse, several staff members were mucking around in the dining area, leaving one or two staff to pick up their slack. I even saw one walk out from working in the kitchen to eat some food from a friends meal while still wearing gloves before returning to the kitchen. The experience was quite disappointing, and I doubt I will be visiting this location again.

1 star when your waiting in the sun for 20 minutes to have the manager turn up with cold food good job maccas and I get it people make mistakes but it's infuriating being nice and receiving rudeness so again 1star also happens multiple times almost everytime with menulog we need to call and have the order replaced
