Without a doubt the best PI firm in Sydney. Would give 6 stars if I could.My case was particularly tricky because all I had for them to work with was a first name, age, huge distance range and an expired website. I enquired with no less than 20 PI firms all across NSW, Australia and even multinational and they ALL turned me down saying my case was almost IMPOSSIBLE to be solved. One particular firm charged me a fortune (only covering the upfront cost) and failed to meet the deadline and also failed to come up with any result. That was an absolutely horrible experience.Then I was recommended to Richard from TSI and he was the most professional, helpful and straightforward person I had talked to. It didn't take his team long to crack my case and the crazy thing is they literally charged me less than a third of what other firms did!I really wish I was recommended to TSI much much earlier. Therefore here I am writing this review. If you don't want to waste your time and money going nowhere with your urgent matters, take my words for it and choose TSI. You won't be disappointed.

Targeted Surveillance Operations were very impressive. They handled a delicate situation professionally and with the utmost discretion. They listened to my issues and understood the situation, then came up with a plan which was budget conscious and which yielded a great result. I would certainly use them again should the need arise.
