Francis is a lifesaver! I’ve been recovering from major surgery & dealing with some immune health (issues which require me to be more Covid cautious than most), so when my neck pain became unbearable today, I wrote off seeing someone for it initially (because other physios I’ve seen haven’t been happy to accomodate Covid safety measures).My partner found Francis online, and when I called, he was incredibly accomodating (even booked me in for a home visit the same day & asked what he could do to help keep me safe during the appointment).When Francis arrived, he was such a delight to talk with. He provided an initial assessment, 2 options for initial treatment, and then got to work. I’ve seen 3 physios and an osteo previously for this same neck issue, and Francis was able to get me back to a functioning level with minimal pain in less than a half hour. I’m so grateful for his time and care - and for making it feel possible to still receive care in a safe environment given my health.I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
