Mornington Park

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mornington Park, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment I entered the park, I was captivated by its serene atmosphere and natural beauty.First and foremost, the park's location is truly remarkable. Nestled amidst picturesque surroundings, Mornington Park offers stunning views of lush greenery, rolling hills, and a sparkling lake. The tranquillity of the environment instantly transports you to a peaceful oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.The park's well-maintained pathways and trails are perfect for leisurely strolls or invigorating jogs. I spent hours exploring the various walking paths, each leading me to a different area of the park. The carefully designed landscape showcases a harmonious blend of native flora and fauna, making every step a visual treat.One of the standout features of Mornington Park is its amenities. The park boasts well-placed benches and picnic areas, inviting visitors to relax and soak in the beauty of nature. Whether you're looking for a quiet spot to read a book or a place to enjoy a picnic with family and friends, Mornington Park has you covered.For those seeking recreational activities, Mornington Park offers a range of options. From playgrounds for children to open spaces for sports enthusiasts, there is something for everyone. I witnessed families playing frisbee, couples enjoying a game of badminton, and even a group practising yoga amidst the calming ambience.

A beautiful spot, super close to the main shopping area and tons of spots to take pictures and relax soaking in the amazing view.Great walk, would highly recommend it and is very much dog friendly. We did it across the whole fore shore from beginning to the end of town! And stopped at the Kiosk for refreshment!

Great park! lots of space, playgrounds, beach. Very beautiful view!

Lovely park in a great location next to the main shopping strip and nearby beaches. The park is well maintained and it is a great spot for picnics and gatherings. Dogs are allowed in the park on a lead and there's plenty of open grass area. Nearby toilets, lots of benches and even a small museum not too far away. Some lovely views of the ocean form the top.

First visit to this park. Very nice and quiet place to have a rest from the hecticness of metro. Has playground and drinking fountain as well as sitting area. It also near the beach, not sure what the name is. Also it near the shops.Anyway very much recommended.

Great park kids playground has plenty of options, many shade area and bbq facilities. Great place for a bbq family and friends gathering.

Great playground, plenty of play equipment for all ages, shade, trees to climb, benches to sit, drinking water fountains, partially fenced (enough to keep the kiddies safe) views of the beach & boats etc etc etc... this park/playground really has it all!We went to a 6th birthday party there recently - it was the perfect venue, all the kids had a great time :)

This place is simply serene, with one part of the beach fully quite so much so that you can assume it like a natural swimming pool. Just take your swim gear and you will love it in the summers. Other than that park has all facilities like hot plates, kids playground, near by food strip with Cole’s. If you are lucky you will spot stingrays and star fishes around the pier areas. And if you like fishing, probably one of the best spot.

Place to spend the whole day . Park with all facilities, ocean nearby, restaurants cross the road.
