Had the worst experience. The staff lack respect to clients, they are very harsh and sometimes rude.Once the staff who was doing my nails ( I asked for french SNS), by mistake for one of the fingers the white part was odd looking, it was really bigger than the original white part. I asked her politely to redo that specific nail, she started winging and blamed my nail and finally she did it because the french was really odd looking but she was very harsh and started opening the pot and thrawing the lid.Buff up, I’m not coming back, I was a regular customer for more than a year, because I live close by. I’ve through a lot with them. I’m not gonna recommend you for anyone ask me.

Paid 90.00 dollars for lash extensions they started to fall out the next day. Had extensions before so I know they shouldn’t start falling out the next day.

Used to love having my nails done here by tan.. The only friendly one there.. .Now he has gone cold too.Asked for a coral colour may as well have asked for a ride to the moon. ..They ridiculed me talking in loud chinese. ..Now I have an ugly old lady crimson on my nails which I hate. . I have to change this colour. . I was crying I felt so bad. ..going to try new salon near Coles in new area...

It was my first time here so naturally I had my doubts but after leaving the salon with amazing nails, I'm glad to say I've found my forever salon. I forgot to ask for her name but my nail technician was so gentle and skilled. My nails weren't thick like they are when I get them done at other places (I always get shellac) and I've had a bunch of compliments from many people. Thank you!

I can usually deal with bad customer service, but my nails look shocking, I got shellac on my hands and pedicure with normal color, cost me 65, which I can pay somewhere else that can do a better job. The shellac is dried on my actual skin, I would of happily paid 65 if you done a better job. Please every trust the reviews on this site, save your money and go else where!!

Absolutely disgraceful, shared with star nail across the road a lady already started service as a man came over from across the road and continued to finish the set someone else already started. Was rough. Didn’t check if they were the right size of shape that I wanted was rude. Started someone else before even finishing my nails and ignoring what I was saying as I didn’t like how he was doing them. Waste of $50

I have only had my SNS done now for only a week. I have never had issue with SNS. This is my first time coming to this place they fixed 2 of my nails and made me pay for which was their fault and not only that I came back yet again because another nails has cracked and they told me to come back in half an hour. This is disgusting and bad customer service. Their SNS is not good quality and they are rude.

Stunning salon, excellent customer service. Very happy with my nails. Had full set acrylic with shellac and their exactly what I wanted. Will be my regular nail salon now :) Thanks again.

Absolutely bogus!!!! This bunch need intense training on customer service as they have no knowledge about it. Lack respect and skills. They charge as though they are pros at what they do but unfortunately you will have to walk them through every step of what u want (that’s if they understand u so good luck with that). Never going back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there!!
