I’ve been here twice now and haven’t been disappointed at all. They are lovely ladies and know what they’re doing with hair. I would definitely recommend them :)

This is the worst hair salon ever. My appointment on Friday was the bare minimum.they both had shocking customer service.. I did not enjoy the experience at all the junior hair stylists head massage was very rough and uncomfortable and she did the massage after the shampoo and conditioner.The senior stylist has left me with a very uneven front fringe and it’s too bulk. I have been at work and everyone is complaining about my fringe. Also all my friends have said that it looks terrible and I should get a refund but they won’t answer the phone.What else should I do to be able to get my money back!

First time ever going to a hairdresser to properly get my hair done and I was soo nervous because I’ve never fully coloured my hair before, the whole time they made it out like it looked so good but it literally looked nothing like my photo that I had shown her the right side of my hair is not blended at all I have a line straight across and she put dark highlights through out the back without asking me it looks as if my the top of my hair has bled through the back. I paid 200 for something that wasn’t even done properly she even took a photo making it out like she liked it but never put it up how silly. Also did my partners hair and couldn’t even do that properly she missed parts and the whole left side was uneven. Excuse me but if you don’t know what your doing say to the customer that you can’t

Are use my Groupon voucher and end up cost me more extra $20 for length $20 for thickness was not stated I would have to pay extra for both those things plus she said an extra $10 for a toner but for some reason I end up getting charged total of $80 walked out of there not with the colour I wanted all that I want in my hair straightened it was such a terrible cut my hair was singed I’ve had to fix it myself my friends notice how bad my hair was the regrowth was not touched are used a voucher from coupon what was a full head of colour or full head of foils she only did part I have tried to contact since but I have been blocked on Facebook. This was the most dearest hairdressing appointment I’ve had. The worst haircut rushed cut my curly hair while dry which is totally A no you don’t do that. And I washed out the colour five days after she told me went to all the colour washed out so I was completely a waste of money I do not recommend. It was never Rosegold colour I chose for my hair she did it with a bit a of tinge of pink not much difference at all Most of the pictures from after she did my hair you can see how bad the regrowth is she did not fix

Been trying to book couple of times now as I have a voucher to claim. Every time i call they are flat out busy. Even i gave 2 days in advance notice the response still the safe. I can’t belive that everytime the rssponse is they don’t have time to do full headfoil but could do half. Please don’t buy a voucher in this shop you will end up wasting your money.

Ive discovered this little hair salon few years back..whilst frantically searching for someone who could cut my kids hair without charging exuberant prices for the service.Since then just about entire family goes there.Friendly, small enough to provide personalized setvice, yet skilful ebough to meet your demands.Highly recommended.
