When you are going through a very difficult time and need legal advice to resolve personal matters, choosing the right legal professional is critical to the overall outcome of the negotiations and support needed during this time. You need fair legal advice from your lawyers that will look out for your best interests and ensure you are advised properly about how the law sees things and advises appropriately what your options are. Emmy was efficient and very clear about how the law works and what needed to be done from the beginning right up until the day of mediation. Not once was I misguided or ill-advised! This law firm was not proactive enough for me. A family law issue which involved years of abuse, but they could not get on top of the issues - just kept being directed by opposing solicitor whom they would not/could not negotiate with. Egotistical attitudes. Present as being better than they actually are. I ended up self representing and got exactly what I needed from the Court.

I spoke with Emily O'Brien with ongoing issues. We had issues originally but after speaking with her and Kate (Trajcevski) I can't speak highly enough of either of them. Communication is the key even though the issue may not work in your (my) favour. However, Emily's empathetic approach helped me feel at ease and acknowledging I am not the problem made a a huge difference. Thank you.
