Coles Upper Mount Gravatt

From the time the old manager left coles has gone downhill. Even mouldy food with my click and collect. Badly packed too. Been a customer of coles for over 30 years. However the past 1 year here at the village coles is a terrible experience now.

Great Coles - definitely has seen better times with the lack of variety but given the times they are doing their best. Convenient location.

I will purposely make an effort not to go there again because there is no proper service check out. If I didn't need the groceries tonight I would have walked out and left the shopping trolley there.

Very very poor customer service coles! I came to this local store on Boxing Day close to closing time and this lady shouted from inside stating the shop is closed and stopping me from coming in infront of other people !There should have been another way to communicate it through , I didn't say a word but came outside very embarrassed and disappointedThere is more to Christmas spirit than decorations.Please educate the staff !

Convenient and awesome shopping place near Garden City

Not happy with no check outs open, very sad!!!!. No check outs open even for 12 item or less. Self service check out does not help when the person has large shopping, . Not happy at all. Pretty disappointed i guess when a person just wants to duck in for a few things, self check out is ok. I feel that shopping on a large shopping scale, where you are the checkout operator and packing then its not worth it. Many of your customers are elderly, disabled, perhaps tired after a long day at work, or have health problems. You are not as cheap as Aldi to do self service and pack your own. Sorry!!!! Even Woolies has checks open in the morning for those in a rush. Other Coles stores such as Mt Gravatt have check outs. I used to shop at your store but now it's become no so friendly to customers needs. Not employing staff is as part of your customer service and this fails the community. Lost me, I hope others will do the same. Reopen checkouts please.

today I was looking for anyone to help me and i was ignored, the manager was chatting for hours with her friends near the meat and then near the veggies section and others were busy, only a nice old lady came at the end to help me near the front , she should be the manager

A good Coles, with Woolies almost nexrdst door if you need rewards points ir items missing from Coles.

Typical Coles but the carpark can be a bit of a nightmare. You can park underneath and the second level is usually empty.

Great service by the guy in produce ..he cut my celery in half and wrapped it Thanks..but the cashier was not a very good bag packer may need more experience or training
