Niño Early Learning Adventures Craigieburn

My three year old daughter, Meg attends this centre three days each week and she LOVES it there! To the point she is disappointed on days that she does not attend. She is very fond of her teachers TANISHA, SHIFALI and several others that I cannot name, apologies. This is her second centre, and in comparison to our first experience I cannot speak highly enough of this centre. The front desk staff are kind and welcoming. Teaching staff are all dedicated and caring. Meg comes home each day excited with how her day went and shares what she has learnt! Thank you NINO ELA Craigieburn!

Really happy with the staff and the educators here at the centre. My son has been attending the childcare for 3 months now and educators are very caring and loving which made him settle at the childcare well.Definitely recommended!

I was offended by the sullen and egotistical attitude of the manager at the reception on the first day, but with the advice of my friend, I wanted to give this place a chance. After 3 days of trial at this centre, I did not continue as I saw that my daughter would not be able to do it there. My daughter's teachers were so sweet I was able to stay for 3 days for Dijle and Tanisha. My daughter couldn't find anything to play with. They want chalk, they say it was yesterday, it's over. They say they want paint, no paint, they want dough, they will do it later. My daughter started to say let's go after an hour. Children with insufficient outdoor space are bored and they argue with each other because they are bored. My daughter has more toys in her room and garden. Employees there are not happy and unhappy people cannot make my daughter happy. I think everyone, especially children, deserves a smile in the morning at least. I don’t recommend this place.

Amazing centre educators are very engaged with the children individually and support their needs individually. Management (front desk) are fantastic with any help I needed. Highly recommend this centre.

I highly recommend Nino early learning adventures in Craigieburn.I have 2 children attending and drop off is a super hard time for myself but educators are always ready to help and I really appreciate that.My daughter is in the 4 year old kinder program and is already flourishing. She has learnt so much so far this year. All educators have taken their time to get to know all children. I highly commend kinder teacher Talia, she speaks about the children with alot of love and celebrates each child, hitting their milestones and is proud of them. You can see the love and care they take to teach and support the children throughout the day.Very happy with all of the assistance, love and care shown starting at this new centre. The centre should be very proud with their educators.

Like what other previous reviews said, front desk staff are not accomodating. When we came the staff member just ignore us, we are already standing in-front of her! we are just like a ghost. she said she was busy with the roster.And yes lack of smile!On the other hand the facility looks good and new. Some staff are caring I can see they love kids and their care, but one of them is not, I saw one staff during our trial period did not even care when two kids accidentally bumped into each other and ended on the ground crying, she just looked and did not do anything! I dont want my child to be cared by person who is lack of empathy and compassion.Its a nice new facility, service can be improved.

Lack of smile from reception to teachers .Kids will attract with smile in every moment at least when they enter no one is smile .Ambiance is goodGood ventilation.Good Outdoor play facility.
