You could not find a better pharmacy and pharmacist than Lauren at TW. Lauren and the team there always go above and beyond any pharmacy I have ever delt with and I will not go anywhere else. Apart from the consistently friendly, helpful and old school customer service they always have what you need or will get it in, nothing ever seems to be to much trouble. Lauren is also a wealth of knowledge and puts my mind at ease when moving to new medications. 5 stars are not enough for this team.

The staff here are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great variety of stock and although the pharmacy is on the smaller side, it is clean, well-lit and easy to navigate. A convenient bonus is knowing compounding is available through this pharmacy, though it is not done on-site. The parking is not great, however they do offer a complimentary and prompt home delivery service.

What an amazing team! Came in with my 3 years grandson who was staying with me and was unwell. Came to buy panadol and hydrolite icy poles. They were so caring and even had frozen ones in their freezer and gave him one straight away. Thank you ladies x

Rude staff esp the billing personBought a cough syrup for my 2 yr oldAnd went back to return the unopened pack after 2 days and they refused to take it backTold them to inspect that it's unused and unopened but will not take it back and asked me to exchange it for something else of same valueTold them I can come back and see what I can exchange it with but the billing person said I have to decided it right there and cannot come backThey need to make their return and exchange policies clear to customersOtherwise someone will soon file complaint with consumer affairs

Discovered the pharmacy by chance. Friendly and helpful staff. It was my first time and the benefits and services were explained, including a delivery service if I need it. Love that it opens 7 days with extended hours.
