Beautiful products and amazing service

My experience with Mobilia started out great. The showroom and products are lovely, and sales staff were initially helpful. Unfortunately, things turned negative once we paid for our sofa.We purchased a Fritz Hansen Alphabet sofa that was in-stock in their warehouse. We were told it spent “2-3 weeks” in the showroom and was in perfect condition. We were also told it was covered by a 25-year warranty, so we felt confident it would be a quality sofa.On delivery, the sofa appeared to be dusty and covered in fibres, which we noted to the delivery team and Michael Fazzari, who sold us the sofa. Michael assured that this was normal and it would be fine once we cleaned it. After a quick clean, we realised the fabric wasn't dirty, but heavily worn. The fabric was also became loose and stretched out after we sat on it.We immediately told the managers and owners at Mobilia that we were unhappy, but customer service has been disappointing. We were told change of mind" returns are never considered
