Derek has been helping me manage a bunch of back, neck and shoulder issues for quite some time now. He is a very skilled remedial masseur, and the only one I've come across that can reliably get my ridiculously tight back to let go. On top of that, he's a lovely bloke too, can't recommend him enough.

I have a knee injury from work. I had seen physiotherapists and sport medicine specialists and the problem never seemed to go away until I saw Alan Ford. I was booked in for 1 hour and I came 10 min early and he started on me right away. Alan explained everything to me about why my knee was in pain and ended up with him for a total of 1hr 40min. I walked out of his office pain free for the first time in 4 months AMAZING! I have been doing the stretches and exercises he has provided and I can feel that I am on the way to recovery. I recommend Alan to everyone with any muscle injury he is the best!
