Dr Singh is a very professional consultant and kind person. Took my daughter to see Dr Singh for her gum problem. His reception staff was very efficient and had helped to book my daughter in early. He is very detailed, thorough and explained the issue clearly. I must say it's worth every penny for his time and service. My best experience seeing a healthcare professional in Sydney thus far.

Dr Richard Conway is a poorly educated Specialist" that didn't listen to patient symptoms

After 30 minutes of waiting after my appointment time I left without seeing the surgeon I was booked in with. The reception staff seemed aware that the surgeon was behind in seeing patients and failed to provide any update or heads up that I might be waiting a while. I find this very unprofessional given the expectations of a patient to confirm appointments and ensure they reschedule in advance if needed. Their own payment policy says that they will send you an invoice if you fail to attend an appointment. I have no issue with what is required of me as a patient, my issue is the complete lack of service from the reception staff. I will not be returning for a rescheduled appointment and will look elsewhere.

Dr Singh is best dental surgeon in our area. His expertise and efficiency made my wife feel completely at ease throughout the entire procedure and the results achieved exceeded my expectations.
