Star Car Wash - Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre

This is what you get for $190 full detailing in star car wash, And they want me to double check before I leaving, they have a lot of missed. And they want me to comeback? Funny and angry that i feel right now, much better to close that car wash!

Unfortunately only average this time. Usually better. But for $115 not anywhere near value for money. See image of example.

Good service nice clean car. Good communication also. So convenient whilst I was doing my grocery shopping at Waverley Gardens Shopping centre. Definitely go back.

Took my car in on Sunday for an external wash at Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre. Liked the fact they SMS you when your car is ready. Car was cleaned as promised and the gentleman told me they are the new owners, which makes sense, because some of the older reviews weren't too complimentary. Friendly staff. I wish them well in their new venture

I usually go to Star car wash in Waverley Gardens because their work is very good. Today I went to get interior cleaned as I spilled coffee. They did an excellent job. Looks like a new car now. No strong smells. Highly recommend.Rohan

Last time we spend $70 to have our car cleaned!I don't think it was even washed!They even left gel on the front bar!The back of the car had not been cleaned. And the windscreen was filthy!Save your money and go somewhere else

Worst hand cash wash I have been to. Paid $90 and my car was not very dirty. Boot was not vaccumed at all and seats obviously not either. Will not be returning.

Yesturday i left a 5 star review however this morning my breaks failed as both my front tyres and break pads were covered in silicon. I am very lucky the hand break worked I attempted to contact head office prior to this. I am extremely lucky my breaks failed where I was.I was told that the chemical used on the wheels was water based and put on for shine effect then washed off but as you can see in the second photo there is still a clear film, while somone from head office did contact me. I advised that both a mechanic and pannel beater advised that the breaks failed due to what appeared to be a build up of silicone both these people did not know each other. I requested a refund as my break pads had to replaced they offered to bring my car back in 2 days and they would fix what I am not happy with the car looks great the issue is the silicone residue on the break pads causing them to fail. ."

Fantastic customer service, we were met with a friendly smile! As for my car, it was cleaned thoroughly inside and out, and looks sparkly and shiny once again.
