Chemist staff have no idea!! The actual head Chemist is ok..

long wait for prescriptions, and their app usually doesn't work (which would fix this) but usually has every you need

Charges 'Private Script Price' for PBS prescriptions when is clearly showing on website as on PBS. Same script at other Chemist Warehouse stores always charged PBS price. This is 3rd time happen, not going back. Dodgy practice to be charging 'Private Script Price' when on PBS.

Agree with some previous comments, very unfriendly and rude staff. Never had such a bad service in Tasmania. 100% will not go to this chemist warehouse again.

Seriously? Almost 3 hours for a script when there were only 5 customers wanting a script, I was told 30 minutes each time I came in. It should only tale 10 - 15 minutes just for a single script unless busy. Once I came in again on the 3 hour mark, I was told that someone had fiddled with my script and since it's lost, they can't give me the medication! It's just ludicrous. Firstly, they should be taking more care of prescriptions and secondly, this medication is important. Really need some better staff dealings. I was unable to get another script for it as it was after their closing time and the surgery was booked out for the day. Such idiots.

Dissatisfaction of the service of the staff and how the manager dealt with me when they lost" a limited edition fragrance that I had reserved the week before and telling me I couldn't have another one that had been left aside on hold. The manager wouldn't tell me her name and told me to get out. Extremely poor handling of the situation. I would urge you to not put anything on hold here or even better go to a different chemist warehouse"

I asked the cashier just one mask during my shopping and she was starting to give me one then the other said no do not. Not friendly at all

Only this place doesn’t do price match even though we showed the staffs the policy on their website. In front of the store says Price Guarantee but it’s not true.
