We booked Southern Highlands Taxis to take us between wineries today and Malcom, Craig, Stephen and Roy were all fantastic. Each of them showed up on time, were friendly and told us interesting facts about the region. Thanks for making it a smooth day!

Very nice drivers, good service, quick and efficient all things considered. Friday and Saturday nights can get busy. Waiting times would be better if people who no longer require a ride cancelled instead of causing the drivers go all over the district for no shows, but then again maybe they should come and drive during the night to help ensure deadlines can be met.

I ordered a taxi to the station to take the train to the airport. I booked for 350, making it clear we had to catch the 415 train. At 355 I called them and they said that not to worry but there was traffic and they should be at our place on 15-20 minutes. I asked our neighbour to drop us there, and we made the train - NOT thanks to this ‘service’

Absolutely horrendous customer service. We booked last October for a wedding and they were 20 minutes late and got us there as the bride arrived. Decided to book for an hour in advance for a wedding this weekend. Half an hour after our scheduled pick up time we called to check how far away they were and were dismissively and rudely told we were next in line, weren’t given an ETA and ended up having to drive to the wedding ourselves to make it on time. It’s a shame this company seemingly has a monopoly in the area because their standard is appalling. If you don’t have the capacity to be on time, don’t take bookings - simple.

Worst taxi in the world. Strongly recommend avoiding this taxi. Phone call service was super ridiculous.I tried to book as 2 pax, then I was told “Two!? Really? One, two? Two people?”…. why? Riding a taxi with 2 pax is normal.The guy also didn’t ask my name and contact info to book. How they manage customers’ booking?I will never contact this taxi company again and when you come to Bowral, please do not use this taxi. They are so lazy.

After horrendous customers service and a 30 minute late cab for a wedding. I must agree with all of the other reviews. This is the worst cab company I have ever tried to use. Thanks to them I was very late to a wedding. It would be quicker to walk.

This morning I booked a taxi from Burradoo to bowralThe meter started off at $4.10 , and when the taxi stoped at my stop it was $11.50 approx. When driver hit stop it came $12.60 and after that it changed to 17.60 approx. At the end I paid 18.80 cents. I asked the driver that why it's extra he replied it booking fees.It happens regularly whenever we book taxi but only one time one of the driver didn't charged me extra and I asked this driver why didn't you charged extra money and he replied to me I don't. I respect his honesty. This trip was booked in 3rd week of February. And I read their prices on their website but it doesn't show any over charges. May be I read and understand something wrong. I hope they explain these things properly to customers

Quite an appalling service to put it mildly. Once when I tried to get a quote, had to spend 27 minutes on the phone just to get a near estimate, not even an exact number. Today, booked a taxi for 3:00 pm, which arrived at 3:30. No apologies whatsoever. I’d recommend everyone to walk to your destination instead of this, you’ll save yourself money and nerves.

I had to accompany a friend from Bundanoon to Sydney recently for a ABC interview! We had a very positive experience with Richard our driver who was thoughtful, caring and we had very interesting conversations! It was a long trip and so much rain but we had a very enjoyable and relaxed trip. We missed lunch but Richard stopped at a deli where we were able to get coffeeand a sandwich! Worst service in NSW Wish there was an Uber service. Tried to book a taxis after dinner, and was told they’d be 20 min. After 30min I called them to find out where the taxi was, and was then informed it would be another 20min! Left stranded at 12am and had to walk home for 35 min.
