STRAND Blacktown

Service provided by Ella was top notch! We needed a carry on luggage and she guided us through those + various helpful travel accessories - friendly and speedy customer service.

Very unpleasant experience at Strandbags Blacktown.Understand this a busy store but that doesn't mean you have to be rude to your customers, especially the ones who have purchased suitcases only to find wheels came off after one or two travels in past one year.Not able to help is one thing but being rude is totally unacceptable. Very unfriendly staff ..I hope someone from Strandbags management picks this up for action points!Losing customers already?

I saw a travel bag and wanted to buy but couldn't take with me as I didn't bring my car. I offered them that i wold pay and asked them to keep it, I would come and collect it an hour time. Sales person saidShe could't do it as they didn't have space???, and she told she would keep it inside for me and come and pay and collect it. I was bit late came after 1 hour and 15 min. Just 15 min late. They said it had been sold. I was disappointed and wanted to talk to the manager, but she was a worse person I met in my life. Before she listened my concerns/ complaints, she reacted in a wieard way. I said I didn't want to talk her as I know what she would say and was not ready to listen customer concern. Very disappointed.

Great customer service. Alyssa assisted with me to buy handbags . I ended up getting two bags cox of patience and great customer service at west point store . Manager is very nice and sweet too .

TIFFANY is genuinely one of the best sales persons whom I’ve come across recently! She knows what she’s doing and most importantly what customer service is!!I had a very unpleasant experience dealing SAMAIRA- another sales person at Standbags Blacktown. I had a manufacturing defect on the suitcase I bought which she absolutely refused to own up to and mentioned it’s a wear and tear and they can’t do anything about that. On the top of the she ASSURED me that if I come again with the same problem and speak with her manager, the manager is going to REITERATE what she said- they can’t do anything about it.Shout to the store management- if you’re losing customers, might be because of her!And after about 10 minutes of irritating, irrational and unpleasant discussion with Samaria, enters Tiffany and takes control of the situation, speaks to another manager and bam! Issue resolved!Giving 4 stars JUST BACAUSE OF TIFFANY! Way to go..I’m sure you’d SOAR HIGH!CheersAdi

Good product, but pricey. Floor staff was attentive but the girls at the till were unbelievably rude.

Worst experience at this store…The customer service is the worst,they don’t know how treat there customers ,I’ve never liked this store but had to place a order online..they are Soo rude specially the one working on “28/10/2022 a lady during the closing time”.Supermarkets have better customer service than this people.This is how you treat customers and expect them to come back at your store..? I want the store manager to look into this.!

Huge shoutout to Brooke. She is by far the friendliest sales person I have ever met! Super considerate and extremely kind. I had such a pleasant experience shopping at the Blacktown store! My experience was so wonderful that I even have Brooke a hug (and I have never done that before).If you ever pop into this store, ask for Brooke and you will know you are in safe hands.Thanks Brooke!
