Make a quick visit here before starting your bird journey.BirdLife can provide you with region specific brochures for your birding needs. There’s plenty of books (both new, & used) cheaper than any book retailer. The staff are chatty & welcoming, and appear to be very knowledgeable.I picked up some quality pins for $5, as well as a card bundle of 10 for $3.I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in need of more bird knowledge. ❤️

If you are an amateur bird watcher or very interested in bird watching, this is the place to visit. They organise weekly bird walks and will even provide binoculars if you ask. They also organise a number of campouts every year.
