Have shopped with Dash for a number of years, whilst on Central coast and then online after they moved to Southport. Haven’t always had the best experience, rude at times and kids selling Xmas is a big turn off on the socials but I love their range so continued to shop with them. However my last order this week was cancelled with no explanation, no response to my email and then I go on the website and see that they made a price error so clearly wasn’t going to sell it to me at the cheaper price. Understand it’s her choice but explain or offer sone compensation.. don’t just ignore! The quicker new owners take over the better!!!

The shop is a maze and you'll easily get lost and enthralled by the contents inside. I wouldn't be surprised if they started charging admission as it is a little theme park.

Rude Customer service, do not shop here, cramped store, and well over priced. I brought a electronic snow globe, and found the same one at another Christmas shop, for $40 cheaper, her excuse was it’s better quality, but it was exactly the same.

Have shopped at this shop alot over the years at the central coast, but have ordered online since the shop has gone to Queensland i ordered on the 29th of January and still have not received my order or a refund. I have rung many times sent emails, text a message through the site and messenger, i have even put up two comments on the page for someone to get intouch but all have been ignored. Unfortunately i think the onlybwaybto resolve this is to contact a third party. Very disappointing

The most amazing Christmas Shop I have ever been in. The displays are just unbelievable and alot of time and effort has gone into setting up the store. There are ornaments and decorations floor to ceiling. The ladies in the shop are so welcoming and friendly and it's always nice to have a chat x

OMGosh. It's beginning to look alot like Christmas. Dream place. No matter where you look in this store there is something wonderful. Roof, floor, walls, windows, just full of christmas. Small room with Halloween. This could be my dream job/ hangout place.

Bought a few items in one transaction. Made a 3 hour trip to collect my order I had arranged to collect. When I arrived they told me to come back another day as they couldn’t be bothered to get it from their garage (a:short distance away). I told them I had driven 3 hours. Too bad was the response. Came to collect it a week later and it was sitting out in the rain. The 1 metre bear I bought was around 50cm tall. Totally ripped off, poor attitude to customers. A place I will avoid.
