I placed an order of ink worth $3400They used an rubbish Delivery company to save $$, which ended leaving the parcel at my doorstep unattended, no one was home and they signed my name on my behalf !!!! Very convenient huh ?I called Joshua and asked what would have happened if it was stolen, he replied it is not insured !! Nice one so I pay you $3400 and you wash your hands by using armatures , cause it’s no longer your problem. In my book , the company you use to deliver your orders is a true reflection of your own operationotherwise you would not stand for it . Never again would I order from your company !

What a great service. I don't think I have experienced such a good service from most places. I had to get some clarifications about the product I wanted to order and my enquiries (email and phone) were promptly and speedily responded (Thanks Joshua!) .I was little worried to place the order as I live in Melbourne and I had never dealt with MediaForm before. However, I trusted the Google reviews and the quick response for my enquiries also built my confidence. Price for the product was competitive and shipping charges were reasonable. Excellent comms from the point I placed the order to the point I received the product.My product arrived safely and I am happy with the product I received. I will definitely deal with MediaForm again. Keep up the good work guys!

Used them numerous times to buy laser printer cartridges with fast delivery. Last order however the cartridge was faulty and 6 weeks later after multiple emails, opening cases with HP they still have not rectified. Terrible after sales services when things go wrong.

Multiple printers faulty out the box. Mediaform did not offer to repair or refund the printer. Asked me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said that it is Mediaform’s responsibility as they sold the product.Manufacturer gave a full diagnostic report to Mediaform. I know this because mediaform gave me a list of all the parts that needed replacing. After 2 months without providing the parts, mediaform simply said “we have confirmed it is working”, which is clearly a lie as they had listed to me the parts that needed replacing.In total required about 50 calls and emails, 6 months of bickering and threatening legal action to mediaform before they acted.This was a trial to purchase about 2000 printers a year from this company, and knowing about this they refused to provide repair, replacement or refund which is against the law.I bought 3 printers from them and all 3 were faulty out of the box, all 3 instances I had to bicker for months before I had a working printer.

I am very happy with my purchase of an Apple Ipad 9th Gen at a very competitive price. Customer service were very helpful and I am extremely grateful for fast delivery. Thank You MediaForm for such great service
