Pleasant staff member.Fuel worked in the car.I'm not sure how to rate a petrol station, it's a slab of concrete with pumps on top of it. These days they have half a supermarket in most of these too.

If 9:45pm is when staff count the till, and you won't sell any goods after that point, don't freaking advertise yourself as open until 10:00pm. Either that or be willing and able to do business up until close.

The bloke working there claimed he couldn’t serve me because it was 10:01 after waiting behind a slow customer for 3-5 minutes

This Ampol has always been dodgy but I had a 12c discount voucher so after many years, I thought I'd give them another chance.Nup. the counter attendant indicated that it was all scanned successfully but no discount was applied and I'd swiped my card before I realised his mistake.What a scam

I paid $50 on after hours petrol run and loaded about $30 in the tank thought i would be getting a refund automatically back into my account(Just like Costco) Very disappointed after going back the 3 times looking for a manager, I ended up with nothing, the manager who's on duty today can't do anything about the refund he said he can't do anything because it was done last month he didn't even tried his explanation doesn't even make sense with the technology they have and all the freaking cameras around. Very bad costumer service so is the after hours staff he didn't even say anything about the process. Caltex is multi billion dollar company $15 wont even do a scratch. I wonder how much money have they taken away from people like me. definitely not going back despite the 5 mins away from home.

Arrived at 9:50pm and the attendant shut off the lights and pumps from his till whilst I was trying to fill my empty tank for 2 minutes in the cold. He didn't even have the courtesy or decency to say they are closing, and when I waved at him he ignored me through the glass and went into the back. Ehat type of useless staff have they got here. They are supposed to close at 10pm, not 9:50pm. Very disgusted by this employee's behaviour.

If you have another option in the late evening I'd recommend skipping this place. During the day it is a good servo. They have decent range of stuff sold at normal servo prices. The staff are pretty friendly. Frustratingly from 9pm every night they lock the doors. During this time fuel is prepaid and you have to ask the guy go to fetch everything you want. On more than one occasion they didn't get the right thing the first time.

8.50 i went for coffee they said im cleaning the floor i cant let you in thats sad every tuesday and Wednesday one guy work he always let in today he was not there other whoever will be there some will say cofee machine just cleaned and thats also before 9

Nice staff, clean and tidy, good range of goods.
