Bought cigars online that did not mention they had filters. Received cigars with filters. Made a complaint and they tried to make excuses before accepting that there is a mistake on their web site. No refund or exchange offered, not acceptable. There are other more competent online competitors that I will go to next time.

They break the law by refusing to provide a refund when the vape I purchased stopped working and started leaking everywhere. Never again... Avoid this place at all costs as you will not get a refund for anything faulty that you buy. I recommend the king smoke shop a couple of shops down

Do not shop at this store at Dandenong Plaza on level 3 as they haven't got a clue what they are doing.Bought carton of smokes from them yesterday not realising that they gave me the wrong smokes.Went to exchange 3 of the 4 packets to them as realised when I opened the carton late last night and was informed that under consumer law they cannot return or exchange.Spend over $400.00 per fortnight there normally but not anymore.
