Have been in our house for 8 years and this is the first time we've had the carpets cleaned - thought it was about time and our little puppy had had a couple of accidents.Chris was very friendly and professional, walked through each room explaining what treatment he would use on particular spots and got to it.Chris was very careful bringing the hoses into the house - all of the bedrooms are at the back of the house so had a fair way to go.Very happy with the result. Will definitely use Mr Steamer again and will recommend to friends.

My Experience? Unreal. Quality workmanship and some one who is driven to provide quality outputs for his customers. Quality equipment and seriously good prices - considering competitors.I wouldn't even hesitate getting Mr Steamer back again. Last time my family got him to clean three rooms, a rug that my kids play on and a futon that was semi destroyed. He talked me through the process of cleaning it and more importantly - maintaining it. Most others bring it portable equipment, take your money after five minutes and do a sub par job.Take the time, call him up and get a quality job done with Mr Streamer. Highly recommended.
