Great store with a good range of equipment. Prices are a bit higher than online but at least there is no risk of buying fake/copy equipment. We tried every stick in the store whilst the knowledgeable staff waited patiently until we found the right one. Returns process could be better after a stick became faulty after a few weeks.

100% 5 ⭐️The team were super friendly, listened to exactly what I was asking. Gave me plenty of great suggestions and then let me try them all in the shop. All while showing incredible patience as my 2-year old ran riot! They could have very easily have treated me differently, but the whole experience was perfection. Thank you to Anna and Taneesha!! This is the reason to support real business, do not go online to try and save a couple of dollars - buy local!

Ordered some items to help me have a hit throughout Covid lockdown. Website was super easy to navigate through - the items were dispatched so quickly and arrived really fast - particularly at a time where there's postage delays all over Melbourne. Correspondence was helpful and friendly. Hopefully we can all get back on the pitch soon and back in the store to support this awesome business!

Spoke on the phone with Sarah during the week around a new goalkeeper kit for my daughter. Tim had previously spoken with out hockey club, and despite not being there on the day, had left notes so Sarah could understand exactly what was needed. She said that she would make sure that stock would be in the store for me to come down on the weekend. As promised, she called me back same day to advise I was right to bring my daughter down on the weekend. On arrival Sarah was there and did everything to fit my daughter and make sure she felt comfortable in her new kit. Despite handling multiple customers at the same time, Sarah made my daughter feel special and ensure she was happy with her new kit. I noticed the same level of customer service displayed to all. This is so much more than just a hockey store.

We had an unfortunate situation where our stick splintered after only being used 7 times. Voodoo did not want to stand by their product(60 days warranty during Covid!) - I would never purchase another product from them again - I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Just Hockey has given us a $100 credit on any full price - whilst I appreciate the gesture, it doesn't cover off what we have lost unfortunately.

we are new to the sport and dropped by to get an idea of what equipment was required.the care, attention and experience was outstanding.No high pressure sell just knowledgeable and friendly advice.Highly recommend

The staff were very helpful. And had my son testing out hockey sticks to make sure he liked the feel of it. They didn't try to over sell things either. They were all pleasant to deal with. Only thing is it would be good to get the KBH uniform in store. And also I know zip pay is available. But afterpay wasn't. Luckily I had the money lol.
