Recently had blinds installed in our Theatre Room, Games Room, kids bedrooms and master bedroom - amazing UV quality - blocks out the sun and provides privacy without compromising on light. The black out blinds are great and work really well. The drapes we chose for the Theatre Room and Master bedroom are fab quality. We have integrated our blinds into our Home Automation system and it works amazingly well. No remembering to close the drapes! Would totally recommend VIP Curtains and Blinds. Service was astounding and the installation guys were so professional! 10/10 from us.

VIP Curtain and Blinds are exceptional. The whole process was faultless. Excellent communication, fair pricing, can do attitude and quality through and through. Well what can I say ... Chelsea in the showroom was so patient while my wife and I started choosing colours and textures of curtains and blinds. Then Rod came to our home with short-listed colour samples (as showroom lighting is different from home lighting). He also meticulously measured our 12 windows. Six weeks later Greg came out and hung the curtains and blinds. This family run business certainly knows what they're doing. All our questions were answered as we went along. It's also nice that they are 15 mins down the road. I have no hesitation in recommending VIP Curtains & Blinds for a friendly and professional service.

Not at all happy with my sheer curtains, they don’t look full, all seams look like they should have been ironed to look smooth.When I complained about the curtains I was told I need to train them so the wave would follow. Never heard this before as I went to the showroom and the display does not look like what they have provided.Asked them how much material they used and asked them to come out to have a look but they never replied. So as far as my experience customer service is poor.
