Quality of repair work was great, were upfront and accurate regarding lead times on works, regularly kept me updated on progress and ETAs of incoming parts etc, and made the whole process through insurance a breeze.Would happily recommend their services.

Was sent by insurance company, though probably would have choose them anyway as my family knew the previous owners who were great. All that needed doing was new front guard, new rim, new front bumper and check bad gauge connection. During the repair I get a phone call saying someone had reversed out of a park and hit my car in the new panel and they would have to get a new one, turns out after later seeing the video that one of their employees reversed my car into someone else’s (not sure why they lied). Then when I picked up the car I had noticed the rim hadn’t been changed, they hadn’t told me anything about it not being changed either in the phone call to pick up or when I arrived to pick it up, when I went inside to let them know they had forgotten they then said ohh yes, we couldn’t get a new one so we had to get a second hand one and send it away to get checked, they told me they’d call when it was in, also the gauge hadn’t been checked by an auto electrician. I went home and noticed (in the light as it was parked in shade when I picked it up), that there was a new dent in the door, I called them, then went back to show them. He argued that they hadn’t done it but they’d fix it anyway, the easy response if he thought they may not have done it would be look at all their cameras check when going in and out but by constantly say they didn’t do it was implying I was lying which I have proof it wasn’t done before nore after. Then the next day I went to hang my phone up and noticed they charging dock was removed from the windscreen, I search the car, glove box, centre console, floor, then rang (it was part of a $150 one that doesn’t fall off, that is why I paid that much for it). He said they don’t steal there, my first thought wasn’t theft it was perhaps they took it out for some reason, he told me it wasn’t there when I took it in, I said he should check the cameras as he has called me a lyre to many times already. He continued telling me that it wasn’t there but the tyre was so I could take it in for that, the door repair and for the gauge to be checked. I contacted the insurance company about all that had gone wrong, I told them they should check the cameras. The very next morning I get a call from them saying it was in my centre console (which I had checked), seems that it took the insurance company for him to check the cameras to notice it was there going in and not going out (which he did admit it was there and not going out), yet he continues to say that none of his workers took it off or put it in the centre console. Very unprofessional, no quality checks, no check all work completed before returning and no ownership of their (or their employees) mistakes, definitely wouldn’t recommend!

There must be no quality control at this business. We had our Honda in for panel damage repair last month and when we picked up the car noticed a deep indent in the front leather seat from something sharp and heavy being left on it. Also noticed when we got home that there were 8 plastic push in clips missing from under the guard that was repaired. Disappointed as we chose this repairer ourselves as they weren't a preffered repairer of the insurance company. Workshop looks flashy but workmanship is very poor. Will not return.

I'm absolutely gutted. I brought my new car in to fix some minor scratches but when I came to pick up, the ivory leather interior was riddled with grease and oil marks. I rushed home to try and clean up asap but the discoloration is permanent. This is basic hygiene and quality control... worst part is they probably do this to everyone and won't bother to do anything about it. I should have known when I saw another cars window left open in the rain... If you want a bad experience, ignore the fake reviews and go here.

Had car booked in for insurance agreement.Tim was very honest and advised that their partner business crashcorp could get work done faster.Place was buzzing with stuff going on.Receptionist would do better smiling though.

I came in through my insurance company to fix damage to my door and replace my side skirt.Making a booking was easy and I was quoted 5 days, when I got my car back I drove it home and they had disconnected all of my front left headlights bulbs and left them to hang freely in the engine bay which could have been caught in the multiple moving mechanisms in the area. If that was'nt bad enough the cables were getting crushed under the headlight that they had obviously removed and sat back onto of them, which is when I noticed that they had mounted the front grill incorrectly which I corrected as well as the whole front bumper to cover up the front left headlight.It was like they have never worked on a car before..Really bad work would not recommend.

Great service, friendly staff. The repairs were finished before expected, and the car was beautifully detailed. Thanks for the advice about the 'no fault' rules. Allowed me to access a fully covered hire car as well.

They were quite good, although had my car longer than I felt necessary, but their work is very good, highly recommend

Wiring harness not fixed but charged us and instead of all new they used broken old panels with one new and haven’t even attached them properly. Devasted as we are missing our holiday as we unable to tow till it’s fixed. They have no compassion when I called.I was referred to Maitland smash through my insurance company but have notified them of their work/customer service or lack of!!!
