Exceptional service, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Although the situation was uncomfortable, the property manager remained, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I rented a property from Re/max Currambine and it was the worst rental experience of my life. The house was in a smart community and was not possible to ever have internet - this fact was not made clear before we decided to rent this property. The agent continued to deceive us about their knowledge of where the phone/internet cabling was for months. We had to stick with them until our contract expired - never again

Our consultant agent arranged a viewing with this agent which we saw as a formality prior to us placing an offer on a listed property.Greatly disappointed to find that:a) this agent arrived 25 minutes lateb) the photos used with the listing were plainly not the same propertyc) after pointing pointing this out, the agent has yet to replace the bogus photos with authentic ones representing the actual listing.It is a special brand of unprofessional that draws a negative review from me.
