Our family has been using the pet grooming service Best Friends at Point Cook for some time now.The staff are so friendly and professional, and i couldn't be happier.Our dog Iggy absolutely loves getting along for his haircut and pamper ,AKA cuddles from the staff.Keep up the good work Best Friends.

Emma cut my greyhound's nails which were excessively long. She had been recommended by someone in one of the greyhound walking groups we participate in. She was patient, gentle, understanding, worked with my greyhound's anxiety at being there, and I would trust her implicitly with her. She was so wonderful ! I can see why she was recommended & have already recommended her to others.

I have been taking my gorgeous Lucy (English Cocker) for Grooming at Best Friends Pt Cook for almost 15yrs! I wouldn’t take her anywhere that I was uncomfortable with…I find the girls at Best Friends Salon are so kind & caring with the dogs and the grooming is Amazing!! Highly Recommend!!

My dog was there to have her nails clipped and even though she was petrified, the groomer was gentle and soothing all the way to make the experience a more positive one.

Took my dog for grooming and when the staff detected a health issue with my puppy they took steps to alert the on site vet who responded promptly and put my mind at ease. This is super customer service.

Archie always gets his grooming done at Best Friends. The staff are very friendly and do a fantastic job with Archie. He just loves them and is always very excited when he goes for his grooming session. He comes out looking like a perfect little teddy bear!!
