Anglicare Southern Queensland - Help at Home

As I’m mums carer I have to rely on Anglicare to shower her as a Son I don’t feel comfortable as no son should . Numerous times I’ve requested earlier times some how scheduling department changes the time I have to chase all the time . It is about time they listen to the customer as at end of the day they are getting paid also accounts need to change their billing payment reference number as I don’t want other customers getting charged for extra payments in which not expecting. I recommend. Once again ANGLICARE DON’T LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER I SAID SHOWERS NO LATER THAN 10:30 am on Wednesday & Friday. Please listen to the CUSTOMER. I’m over it . They don’t communicate if it is an agency . That’s typical of this company promised service manager supposed to RING me unfortunately they no best treating customers bad way . THEY Do not communicate before they arrive. Anglicare should do better with customer service. I’m still waiting for service manager to get back to me . Mums toe nails needs to be cut to Anglicare are passing the buck onto someone else it’s not hard . There is one staff member thinks she can dictate asking if I have Covid in which I’m not the client or customer 43 minutes SHOWER . Just as well we aren’t in a drought NO HAIR WASHED The team leader are weak in responding. I’m over ANGLICARE . I Don’t stop anymore coming I have too here . Not welcome this staff member

Currently, I receive home help & some Physio assistance via Anglicare, and I have nothing but high praise for both. In all honesty, I have no clue how I would have managed over the past few years without their friendly, capable assistance.

I called to give feedback regarding the poor form of a support worker from the Metro North Stafford branch who was sitting in her phone after taking her client shopping. It took a stranger to help the client in her wheelie walker to help the client back to the branded Anglicare car. The worker in torn black tight jeans didn't seem to have a care in the world for the client.When I called the gate keepers on the phone were reluctant to put me through to a team leader.I was then told they were busy and might get back to me. Call has not been returned 48 hour later.Sad that clients have to put up with this conduct and nothing is done and no one seems to care at ASQ!

This time I was taking my 99 year old father to visit the podiatry clinic at Anglicare Metro North. I can not recommend them highly enough. Excellent and knowledgeable service, thank you Matt. My Dad receives in home services as well and every visit and service has been of the highest quality.
