I absolutely love going to Kim's! I only get my natural nails done and I always want complex colours and techniques and they never fail to disappoint. Everyone there is so nice and happy and the prices are so reasonable! Huggly recommend!

3.5-3.7 would be my real rating.Loved: their efficiency, the massages on hands and feet, the quality of the mani and pedi.Ok: customer service. the employees are nice, professional an respectful, however sometimes they tend to speak too much their language.Could improve: they are busy and sometimes the service feels rushed.

I had a manicure and pedicure and was very happy. I have tried other nail salon in the area and this is by far the best in my experience .the staff are all lovely and go to great deal of trouble .I have visited many times and found them to be consistent. The salon has a very good atmosphere and is spotlessly clean .I suggested to my daughter that she went there and she too was very satisfied Cindy. Visited again and was extremely happy and relaxed had manicure and pedicure if there was a six star category they would have my vote. Very good value Cindy

I went to have my gel polish removed & to my surprise they attempted to peel it off my nails - not where it was already lifting but by actively prising it off - which everyone knows is bad for your nails & resulted in several of them peeling & splitting. They then wanted to soak my whole hand in a bowl of acetone - at which point I left. Disappointing as other times I’ve been there they’d done a good job
