Charging port wasn't working properly and was quoted hundreds of dollars elsewhere. Turns out it was a much easier solution that SOS Phone Repairs Dubbo fixed in less than 5-Minutes free of charge. Rather than trying to rip me off, they were friendly and honest. Very much appreciated their help :)

Broke me tablet screen, new screen not in stock bit was able to repair to a usable order within minutes. Top work. The gel screen protector added more safety for people like me with 10 thumbs.

I have to say at the beginning I didn’t have a very good experience with one of the workers at this store after I came in to fix the back of my iPhone 12 Pro max and left with my phones Face ID and torch not working and this employee telling me there was nothing he could do for me.However after speaking with Ryan at this store he made sure to fix the other employees mistake and purchase a new phone for me and provide me 12month warranty for the mistake. Everyone makes mistakes and I hold nothing against the store, just the way that a particular employee dealt with my situation wasn’t very professional.Again Ryan was a huge help with providing me with a new phone and giving me warranty and has provided excellent customer service. He was also honest about what actually happened with my old phone so I have a lot of respect for him.Anytime you need your phone fixed get it done by Ryan!!!

I was unfortunate enough to drop and completely smash my phone, which I also use for work purposes. I made an enquiry online requesting an urgent screen replacement for my Google Pixel 6 Pro. They got back to me first thing in the morning once they opened and I was lucky enough that they had a screen in stock, and they were able to replace it that day.The replacement went extremely smoothly, and the screen fits better than the one that came originally on the phone!!!
