Mandy and her team at Perfect Fit are absolutely incredible, they are encouraging, supportive, compassionate and have amazing energy.Every session is different so training is never boring. I would definitely recommend Perfect Fit for anyone looking to join a gym, they are without doubt 5 stars!

Mandy and her team are a true bunch of professionals; hugely passionate about what they do, and incredibly results driven...they genuinely care about each & every Perfect Fit member, and ensure we're set up to succeed in achieving our health goals. Small group classes, outdoor boot camps, PT and most importantly...no egos whatsoever! Highly recommend if you're looking for an awesome, personal gym on the Northern Beaches.

If I lived in Newport, you know who would have my undying loyalty? Perfect fit. Truly the most welcoming group of trainers and owners. Couldn't be happier with the workouts, the instruction, or the sense of family I already felt with them after only a few short weeks at their facility. The workouts were perfect for me, the schedule was flexible, and the trainers were great ensuring you had proper form and helping with modifications with existing injuries. If I ever move here, which I'm seriously contemplating, I'll be signing up full time.
