Horrible customer service. The receptionist Sam was really rude from the time we walked in. After making the appointment payment we realised that he did not apply for the Medicare rebate for my husband appointment. My husband went back in to enquiry about it and he said that he forgot to tick a box" so we have to claim it through Medicare. He not only forgot to inform us when he saw the rebate didn't go through but also never apologised when my husband went back. People working in customer facing roles need to have at least respect and empathy specially when working in a medical centre dealing with vulnerable patients.***Updating my review...Just received a call from the receptionist to bring down my review. I don't even think he's supposed to call me directly and ask that but simply reply here and apologise so I would have considered to delete my review."

Had an appointment with Dr Pankajam Kandasamy for a general health checkup :) Her bedside manner is so nice, she really is lovely in the way she deals with her patients. Would recommend, 10/10

Had my first appointment at Hawthorn East MC today and Dr Panka was wonderful. Professional, caring, a great listener and I left feeling like she had absolutely covered all bases.Having a consultation room that is so beautiful and calm also creates a warm environment to put you at ease. I will absolutely be switching to Dr Panka permanently.

Professional and courteous admin staff, and minimal wait times. Dr. Pankajam, the GP, genuinely cares and makes you feel comfortable and well looked after. She ensured I could get my tests done in time and I left feeling a lot more at ease about my health.

The most wonderful GP I have ever visited. Dr Panka is so knowledgeable in multiple facets of medicine. She uses modern practices and is well versed in relatively new illness’s with a focus on prevention as well as treatment.

Dr Panka has been my GP for many years now so this review is long overdue. She has been with me through it all. From women’s health to treatments, pregnancy and to being my son and husband’s GP as well. We didn’t think twice before moving with her from the old clinic to her new clinic. She’s a warm and wonderful doctor who cares for your every need. Her clinic is a lovely place and almost makes you feel at home. I do feel sad that we won’t be seeing her more often as we’re moving suburbs. But will definitely opt in for a phone consult where possible to keep in touch. She’s a great family doctor and definitely recommend her and her clinic to all. I’m glad to have found her and keep up the good work doctor!

A fully bulk billed medical clinic. Thank you Dr Panka for taking care of my family. Not only is she a good listener she is also a very attentive doctor. She looked after me during my pregnancy very well enabling my first experience to be very pleasant and enjoyable.The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. They have an in-house pathology which makes it very convenient to get tests done too.

I can’t recommend this place enough.Dr Pankajam is very knowledgeable and a thorough GP who is always kind & welcoming. She looks at the whole picture and not just the ailment the patient presents with. A doctor who cares and goes out of their way is rare, so thank you very much for the great service you provide.

Both doctors I've met the are professionals and I'm confident in their pronostics for my son and myself. However, I'm disappointed that since Mars, they increased the simple appointment fee by 100%, meaning there is an out of pocket each time we go there.

Dr Panka is such a personable, lovely, attentive and empathetic Doctor. One of the best doctors I have ever been too and will continue going too. She deserves 10 stars if that was a thing!
