My partner and I have been ordering here for the past 6 years. Last night we ordered a deal. 2 pizzas and 2 sides. We chose garlic bread and a bottle of drink. First of all they were late which was okay, not bothered but then the guy gets here to give our pizzas and he’s missing the garlic bread. He said “I will go back and get one”. We waited for about 2 hours thinking they could be busy but still no show. I didn’t bother calling because I doubt they would have even got me one. Instead I can write a review and not order from them again which is sad because I like dominoes but don’t lie to your loyal customers.

I would leave 0 stars if I could!! My pizzas arrived slammed into the corner of the boxes and with the toppings stuck to the lid. Birkdale Dominos was compliant with resending our order out, but forgot one of the pizzas. The two that were delivered were wrong again. We have been loyal customers for years but are so disappointed with the new standard of this store.. This is the 4th time our order has been replaced in the last few months and even the replacements have been subpar. So disappointed Dominos.

I visit to order. I seem to get new staff a lot of the time. My order is simple, I think, a $5 value pepperoni pizza. Just seems it takes ages for the attendant to process the request. The cooking time at 15 minutes seems consistent.

Our order was late, and pizza was cold. Took too long to deliver. I phoned asking where it is. The answer, they couldn't get into the complex gate and told me I had an incorrect number in my information. There is a box that you put our number of units then press the bell. There is a note on the box letting you know how to do it. I ordered a loaded pepperoni, looks great on the site, we had only 15 pieces of pepperoni on the pizza.

Sad looking pizzas. Ordered 5 different pizzas and couldn't tell the differences between the toppings. Finished order was separated on heated shelves so staff didnt recognise that order was ready. Place looked very disorganised. Won't be using this company again.

writing from my sons phone, delivery service was amazing exept, pizza cutter needs to work on his skills set, pizzas were cut unevenly one of my pizzas were cut into 6 prices instead of 8. This is unacceptable because i have been ordering from birkdale dominos for a long time iv never had an experience as bad at this minus the delivery

There app doesn't work properly so you call to let them know and do the order over the phone and then they try to charge a surcharge for not doing it online.Order cancelled.
