Been coming here for 10yrs plus. Great sauna, steam and cold spa. Only downside when it's busy some people turn the heat up in the sauna and leave after 2min.. enjoy the relaxation lads!Massage ok but the bonus toastie at the end makes up for it.

Very poor service. It's my first time but the staff were not accomodating. I waited for 45 minutes to have body scrub but ended up cancelling it because it seems like they forgot about it. I've been asking the staff many times so i didnt know what exactly happened. And i felt like the staff, particularly in the sauna area were not happy that I was there. Never going back to this place!

Everything was awful. expensive, dirty, crowded too many male not even a good massage. don’t spend your money on it, and I will never go back there and I also don’t let my family or friends go there!

Terrible massage therapists. Booked a couples massage and they were talking the whole time, there was no music, my massage therapist kept stopping because she was too busy talking, she would massage one arm or leg for like 10mins and do the other side for like 2 seconds. She forgot to do certain areas.We tried to explain we didn’t want a male therapist and they didn’t speak any word of English.Didn’t ask us if we had any medical conditions or allergies nothing…

Great facility, friendly customer service and awesome massage.Would recommend visiting during the week or Sunday evening as on the weekend it can get very busy.

Good evening I was here yesterday for a body scrub. The staff are very nice. And it’s a nice place to come and relax. It was quite yesterday when I arrived with only a couple of patrons, however I did go when it just opened. I’ll be back tomorrow afternoon for a couple of hours.
