I have bought VIAVI ONX-620 Signal meter from TMG test equipment. It was a good purchase as it make our job much easier now. The best part was customer service experience at TMG. Especially Bill Vrettas helped us setting up our equipment and also taught us how to use our equipment. When I contacted him he gave us next day appointment and even after the meeting finished with him he said that I can contact him if I am facing any issues with my meter in the field. That's 5 star customer service from him. I would definitely go there and buy more stuff from TMG.

Great after sale service. I have been dealing with Bill Vrettas for the past year, he has been great in providing the help I needed to get my HFC Viavi ONX-620V meter up & running. His knowledge & experience has helped me update the firmware to connect to the nbn frequencies which no one else was able to do. Always answered or returned my calls when needed & sorted out my problems promptly & professionally. Great service Bill, job well done!!

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! Found out the next day i could have saved hundreds of dollars from another shop up the road selling the EXACT same thing. My items were fully boxed and not opened and yet they want to charge me 25% for a refund which is not even advertised on their website. Spent thousands of dollars here and never coming back.Good luck trying to communicate with them once they have your money. The guy Sumit at reception was not helpful at all and could tell he just didn’t want to deal with the refund.

I use the onx580 OneExpert. Recently had some technical problems, spoke to Bill Vrettas over the phone and he tried to help me out even though I'd called at the end of the day and he was just about to leave for the day. I greatly appreciated that he stayed back to help me. He also met up with me a few days later when he was in town to make sure my unit was working as it should be.
