No one ever wants to see all of their keys flush down the toilet. Well, unfortunately I did that and it caused a string of problems. The situation was an absolute emergency, and KC Plumbing were the only ones to call me back during the afterhours, the only ones who cared of the urgency of the situation, and Kerrin took the initiative to come out to do what he could in the dark. He returned the next morning first thing and retrieved my keys, and I've never been so happy with a trade service in my life! 10/10 would recommend KC Plumbing, I won't be using anyone else for any future plumbing problem! Thanks for everything!
