Summerland Farm was a fabulous venue to have my mothers 90th birthday. Beautiful High Tea, food was delicious and the table looked so pretty. Would highly recommend this venue. Everyone had a lovely time and the staff were terrific. Thank you Summerland Farm for a great day. My mother had a beautiful birthday.

Summerland Farm aka House With No Steps has reopened its playground, entry now through the farm shop, all day pass costs $5/ child, $3 per adult, $2 seniors, kids under 2 years free. Companions with cards free. Currently no family pass option. Flat rate entry price no matter what time you get there. 2 changing cabins, toilets are in the Farm Shop. Didn't see a drinking fountain/bubbler. Open 9am - 4pm 7 days. Water feature turns off 3.30pm. Big new cafe seating area at the back of the Farm Shop. Cows and goats to look at, big new fort with slide, water pump with concrete stream, lots of trees for shade and picnics on the grass, a few picnic tables with shade awnings. Wide paths for bikes, skates, wheelchairs, scooters, pushchairs. Flying Fox Ice Blox available $4.50 each. Saw a family with an Esky have it opened for inspection by staff, looking for glass? Kind of like a small version of The Farm at Byron.

Great for something to do with the kids. Lovely gardens to sit in and watch our kids play. Meeting the animals was lovely. Timid, friendly, I think we saw a Guinea pig get thrown a metre by one of the kids. He was okay. Mini donkeys, chickens, rabbits, goats to name just a few

A lot of parking. Double parking spaces perfect with trailer. Small farm, had breakfast while looking at the lamas and cows. Paid 3$ per adult to see 2 donkeys, a few goats, 2 cows and 2 lamas. At least the money helps take care of the animals. Cute playground for kids. I wouldn't really recommend this place for people without kids. Not worth the stop unless you want to have breakfast in a relaxed environment.

We were in the area and wanted a light lunch so went here. They do have a restaurant apparently which we didn’t go to. We just got take away from the shop in the nursery/retail area and sat in the nursery gardens which was lovely. Not crowded at all. The gardens where the kids can play looked lovely. Well maintained with water fountains. No animal encounters were available that afternoon as there was an issue with a goat and a keeper resulting in the keeper having to go to hospital. Hope they were both okay after the ordeal. Has a shop, nursery with food, a restaurant, gardens for picnics and parties and pet encounters. Something for all ages. Nice little spot.

Summerland Farm
Very pretty spot. Cheap entry ($5 kids and $3 adults) and then $5 extra to pat animals which the kids loved. The staff member running the animal section was lovely and the kids loved meeting the guinea pigs. Great spot to let the kids run around on the grass and playground and you can take a picnic.

Nice spaces inside the conference facilities, good projection screen & AV setup, nice customer service & catering, loads of parking. Espresso coffees can be made if you pay for separately.

The only negative is the cafe won't let u take food into the water play area, which I find strange as when u can take your own food but they wouldn't serve us in the water play area.Place is small but great for parties and younger kids, entrance fee is fairly priced but then it is additional to feed animals. A pass is offered to locals but it's more of a place you might go for parties than daily or weekly.Overall our experience was positive and we had a great morning out but the older kids got bored fast and due to the cafe thing mentioned above we cut the day short.
