Lorne Surf Life Saving Club
Stayed for 2 nights, but the cabins where not the best. They where filled with graffiti and chewy, definitely recommend bring sheet because the beds are covered in a hard waterproof cover that isn't comfy. The food is ok, but the surfing location is next to a rip so it is hard to stay between the flags. They provide you with a wetsuit you can either get a new one or a daggy old one. The Surf teachers where a bit Outdated" (didn't really understand some people can swim etc) Overall a good experience for the very little price you pay

Fantastic facility, Run by a large team of Superheroes that keep the beach safe and secure. The club itself is three story including the shark watch tower. There is a large function room on the second level with a long deep balcony and large bunk rooms at the rear. Ground floor has a gym, equipment store, toilets and a lunch room. This is a well equipped and well run club. Keep up the great work. Thanks.

Booked for lunch for friends and ourselves . We booked weeks in advance left our contact number .one of us is unwell and I stressed this , asked if they had elevator . Only to go there to find out they were closed . Cannot contact any one . Any surf club members we could find told us the manager had resigned or another said he was sacked ( both had no connection to the cafe / restaurant )

Quality of the produce really makes a difference and speaks louder than words. The burger is a no, the beef pattie must of came from the saddest of cows, the mayo is inedible and don’t even get me started on the fake plastic cheese!

Honestly, that burger is shameful.Fake cheese, fake mayo, fake patty, fake bread.Used to be you could rely on an honest feed at a surf club.

Travelled to Lorne on a Bank Holiday. Wish we had left the city earlier as it took 2 hours to get there and 30mins to find a parking place. Once settled on the beach it was an amazing place. Felt safe in the water with Lorne Surf Life Savers at hand .
