The staff here are always polite, there is a good range of products and it is easy to navigate around the store. The checkouts are well organised with plenty of staff on registers so you are not waiting for to long even when the store is busy.

Service desk woman was very unhelpful and rude as I placed a C&C and did not receive what I ordered. She told me to “call a number and they’ll deal with it” sorry ? I’m at Kmart why tf would I call Kmart to REFUND me or solve the issue. After that I went to registers to receive management help, check outs were over packed without enough staff on the clearly available registers, when asked staff for help they couldn’t as attention was very divided between the 40+ people there. Manage to locate and speak to a manager who finally offered some form of help but didn’t seem to grasp the concept that if the lady at the service desk weren’t so rude I wouldn’t be standing there talking to them.Over all poorest experience I’ve ever had at a Kmart 2/10. Dear Kmart Shellharbour where are your manners and What happened to the customer is always right- sincerely, an unhappy customer.

DO NOT attempt to enter the store without a Mask. They advised they are a privately owned business NOT GOVERNED by Australian Law and can make whatever demands they like on their customers - regardless of their customers rights. Once a loyal customer - never again

I was exiting the store 10 minutes before closing time, paused to make a comment on the way out noticing something I saw and liked, and kept walking. To then be told by the person at the front, to hurry up as the staff want to go home and go to bed. I was buying 2 last minute items and didn’t appreciate the way we were spoken to upon exiting.

Great shop! I love how cheap everything is, and yet they last for a while which you wouldn't expect.Definitely recommend!

Found exactly what I needed and was in and out quickly. The missing fifth star is due to a Kmart-wide issue... having the registers in the middle of the store instead of the front is ridiculous. It's frustrating for customers and creates unnecessary work for the solo staffer working at the door, particularly when they're also responsible for monitoring pandemic check-ins etc. I don't know how much kmart paid to have all their stores changed this way, but it was an enormous waste of time and money.

It was pretty good, busy for a Wednesday... but that's how it is with places like that... i didn't mind it, but if you don't like crowds then either go there around 8am when it opens or in the evening before 10pm when it closes.. it'll be quieter then...
