I’m new to this clinic and enjoying meeting the Doctors , nurses and other staff. So far they have been great, friendly, professional very helpful and welcoming.

This Medical Centre we have been using now for over 30 years since moving here in 1992. Great service, the staff, and the doctors are very professional. I recommend anyone for there Medical needs to visit. Thank you. ☺️

Rowville Health is the gold standard of General Practice. The doctors are professional, experienced and world-class. I live on the other side of Melbourne and still would go nowhere else! I have seen Dr Ebert for over three decades and he is without question the best Doctor I have ever come across. The front of house staff are all superb and exceptional in their people skills. We are a family that have been attending this clinic for 25 years and would like to say thank you for recently doing everything you possibly could to get an online doctor appointment to help. You had no appointments available for 2 days but the staff managed to get a Doctor to call us. Thank you very much.

Not a bad clinic but wish they bulk billed all concession card holders all the time, not just between certain hours with certain doctors. Can't afford to see my favourite dr due to the high cost as he only bulk bills for 2 hours a week, so impossible to get one of these appointments unless you want to wait for 6 weeks. This is my main complaint with this clinic and I wish they would change their billing policy

We recently changed health providers.We have had lovely experiences with the staff and nurses at Rowville Health. They are always ready to assist with appointments and understanding.The Doctors are kind, caring and listen to our needs. As we get older, we may need their professional care even more.Thank you for caring.

Very happy with my treatment there. Love seeing Dr Ebert is my favourite. Sad that you are moving one day but will get used to it . So handy for us now to get too.. Keep up the great and caring work .

Dr Dirk Ebert and the Rowville Health team have been our health care go to since 2004.Always professional, caring and friendly. We all feel very comfortable with the treatment and care that we have received over the years.We would recommend them highly.

I’ll preface this by saying that up until this point, our family has been visiting this practice for over 20 years.However during, and since covid, this practice has changed for many reasons, most we’ve swept under the rug.However the nail in the coffin is the lack of care and compassion for patients.Post covid - My 18month old was not recovering and was declining from a common cold.We were booked with a GP regarded as the children’s doctor in the clinic, whom we booked for bulk billing.This GP refused to see us inside the building due to our child showing covid symptoms (whom tested negative at home and in the car at their request) and her no longer bulk billing - something we were not notified about prior to our arrivalWe weren’t given the privilege of being seen in the empty tent or our car outside the building, we were seated on a chair in the car park - next to a running vehicle in the cold and rain with umbrellas, an hour and 20 minutes past our appointment time.We were given a diagnoses of “I’m not sure, it could be asthma”.I paid for our 5 minute visit in the car park, after pleading with the GP that I booked bulk billing and raising concerns for our child.She was absolutely cold and showed no interest helping at all, dismissing us to the counter to pay.After an emotional phone call with my husband we agreed I should take our child to the Angliss, where he was diagnosed with pneumonia and bronchiolitis, he remained in hospital for 3 days.I sent an email to the practice addressed to the office manager as per receptions request following our visit.I expressed our concerns, attached the reports we’d received from the Angliss, and requested feedback and a refund; we are yet to hear back.We have since left Rowville Health and and receiving beyond excellent care at another local practice.Rowville Health social media staff reading this, do not reply to me here to attempt to provide resolve or explanation.You can contact me via email, your staff are aware of this situation and you have my details.01-06-23 - Rowville Health, of course you can’t find my emails - the reception staff and I have previously discussed them, so unless they’ve been deleted, they are there.It’s alarming that you consider seeing a seriously unwell small child (who tested negative twice that morning) in a car parking spot in the rain for all of 5 minutes, almost an hour and a half past the appointment time, is triaging appropriately.I’m glad you’ve put up this public response, it shows the transparency of this practice and your ability to overlook the lack of care that GP provided.

Friendly, family oriented medical practice. Lovely reception and nursing staff who always try to help with any questions or problems. My family have found the doctors to be professional, caring and supportive at all times. Highly recommend Rowville Health based on our family’s experience over 30 years of attending this practice.
