I sought Michaels help to quit smoking. I was apprehensive and filled with anxiety about even the thought of quitting but still desperately wanted to. I nearly didn’t go. After my appointment with Michael i was very happy and anxiety free about no longer being a smoker. The process he took me through was very helpful and gave me the right mindset and tools to easily dismiss any future thought of smoking again. I experienced no discomfort or stress in the following weeks. Through the conversations and hypnotherapy sessions my mind was reconciled and at peace about never smoking again: Michael was professional and very knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable with him in the appointments and can highly reccomend him to anyone. One month free and very happy. Thank you Michael.

I found Michael at A-Peel Therapies locally to me at a time in my life where I needed guidance and I didn’t know where to go. Hypnotherapy has been something I’ve been drawn to before but you just never know who you will connect with and who will understand you. I can honestly say Michael wholeheartedly put my mind at ease quite literally. After my first session I walked away feeling “lighter” as it was a get to know all about me session. So I was able to lay it all out and free my mind a bit. Second session we got to the “dirty work” and that’s when he helped manage my troubles. It was a much more thorough hypnotic experience then what I have experienced, I took a lot from it as a whole. He is so confident in his work that if he’s needed after the sessions I paid for then they’re free sometime after which speaks words to his work and a confident professional is what we all want at the end of the day. Working with Michael has been wonderful. I’ve learnt so much about myself through the use of his extensive knowledge & application of tools of which include astrology, hypnotherapy, timeline therapy & more. Michael is able to use humour as way to make this ‘deep healing stuff’ less painful and that’s what I loved about our sessions together because no matter what arose for me to heal or face, there would always be laughter interwoven throughout the session. I also loved how he uses visual drawings to show you what he is trying to explain which really worked for me and I felt I was able to soak everything in so much more. Met Michael 6 weeks ago to help with weightloss. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. He helped me work through so much in this short time.
